Get straight answers about the rules you follow
The rules are long and dull, getting them wrong is expensive, and you are not sure you are even reading the current version.
The answering side is running now: a version answers customers on an Australian firm's website, from material the firm approved and nothing else, points to the exact source, and stays inside the boundaries the firm set, handing a person any question that is out of scope. Your build would answer from the actual rule books you work to and your own documents. It does not check your numbers, payroll figures or tax calculations.
